DUBLIN (AP) — Prime-ranked New Zealand made just one, injury-enforced change to its lineup for Saturday’s match towards world No. 2 Eire.

Ryan Crotty rejoins his Crusaders associate Jack Goodhue in midfield within the absence of Sonny Invoice Williams who’s sidelined with a shoulder harm following final weekend’s 16-15 win over England.

Anton Lienert-Brown joins the reserves bench in Crotty’s place.

The All Blacks selectors resisted making some other modifications to the lineup that gained the England check, recognizing the problem introduced by Eire. Matches between the groups have lately been shut and hard-fought and Eire achieved its first check win over New Zealand in Chicago two years in the past.

Ardie Savea stays at openside flanker as Sam Cane has a neck harm and Liam Squire has held his place on the blindside forward of Scott Barrett, who made a robust influence from the bench final weekend.

Hooker Dane Coles will once more begin from the bench after his latest return from a one-year harm break.

“This can be one other nice problem for our squad and one which we’re all actually trying ahead to,” head coach Steve Hansen stated. “These are the sorts of check matches that will get everybody up — it is No. 1 versus No. 2 — and there is a actual pleasure that is constructing as we get nearer to Saturday.”

Eire was scheduled to call its crew later Thursday.
