Flyers rent Chuck Fletcher as basic supervisor, report says | NHL


The Flyers have already got a brand new basic supervisor.

Philadelphia will identify Chuck Fletcher its new GM to succeed Ron Hextall, who was fired final week, the Courier Submit reported.

Fletcher, 51, was a senior advisor with the Devils. The Flyers got permission to talk to Fletcher final week and formally interviewed him Thursday.

In response to the Courier Submit, he is alleged to be launched because the staff’s eighth GM Wednesday.
